We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, and will send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been sent. If you order after 2pm Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.

Postage will be provided by AN POST.  Orders will be sent via standard post. For Ireland and UK your order will usually arrive within 2-3 working days after you receive shipping confirmation. For Europe please allow 3-10 working days and Rest of World please allow 1-2 weeks. During exceptional busy periods such as Christmas - please refer to the AN POST website for up to date delivery times. 


Please ensure you provide a valid email address and telephone number when you order – we may need this information to contact you should any issues arise that could affect delivery time.

We offer Free Shipping worldwide for all sock orders over €35.

Flat fee shipping on all orders less than €35 in value.

Giftboxes are shipped €3.50 in Ireland, and €12 Worldwide.  



Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused, with all labels intact and in original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.

When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs for faulty products only.

Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s card excluding shipping costs and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).

Please include your name and order number inside all returns. We recommend you send your return tracked, as we are not liable for any loss in transit.

We check every item before dispatch but if you are unhappy with anything you receive, please do email us immediately and let us know.


We have made every effort to ensure photography, description and details are correct and accurate. 


In the unlikely event that something that has been ordered is out of stock we will part–ship and give you the option of a refund/exchange on the outstanding item/items.
